Ravi brings more than 20 years of experience across banking, fintech, and enterprise growth. He began his career inside a community bank, led high-performing sales teams for fintech startups, and was named Global Sales Leader at FIS in 2014. He’s supported acquisitions into platforms like Finastra and brings a strategic lens to every recruiting engagement. Ravi specializes in helping banks and fintechs build high-impact leadership teams — from CFOs and analysts to compliance experts and digital innovators.

As a practicing optometrist and private practice owner, Monika leads the vision recruiting division with a deep understanding of clinical care, surgical co-management, and private practice operations. Every OD and MD candidate is personally vetted by her for skill, integrity, and patient-first values. Her firsthand experience allows her to connect practices with professionals who truly fit their team, workflow, and long-term goals.

Alexa is a University of Wyoming graduate with a degree in Entrepreneurship and a strong background in both the medical and veterinary industries. She brings energy and insight to every search, quickly building rapport with candidates and helping them find roles where they can thrive. Alexa currently leads recruiting efforts for the vision division and supports veterinary searches with industry knowledge and personal care.
When she’s not working, Alexa is training or competing in horseback riding — a passion she’s pursued with discipline and heart.

Pamela has over 10 years of experience as an optometrist, practicing across corporate, private practice, ophthalmology, and telehealth settings. She earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry and is passionate about helping others succeed. Throughout her career, Pamela has built strong relationships with patients and colleagues in various roles. As a Senior Recruiter, she is able to combine her passion for eye care with helping others grow their careers. In her free time, she enjoys family time and crafting. 

Julia Sompolski is a Senior Recruiter and Marketing Specialist specializing in the eye care industry, with a focus on optometry and ophthalmology recruitment. Her unique background combines hands-on clinical ophthalmic experience with a passion for relationship-building, talent acquisition, and healthcare operations.

Before transitioning into recruiting, Julia spent years working directly in patient care as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and lead technician, supporting ophthalmologists and optometrists in both clinical and surgical settings. Her extensive experience includes diagnostic testing, refractive workups, contact lens training, ocular imaging, and patient education, giving her an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day needs of eye care practices and professionals.

Julia’s diverse background in healthcare, customer service, chemistry, and criminal justice has shaped her adaptable and people-centered approach. Known for her integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to connect with others, she is passionate about helping practices grow through the right people while supporting candidates in finding meaningful career opportunities.
